I was looking for something new to try for lunch and I tried this. It is absolutely delicious! I am so pleased. I didn't put any cheese in it, I used frozen cranberries (defrosted and crush/sliced) and pecans (crumbed, not toasted). It will be a fave in our household from now on. Thanks so much!
