Turkey And Cranberry Corn Muffins

ingredients
1 package (8 ounce size) corn muffin mix
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
cooked sliced turkey
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
directions
Prepare muffins according to package directions, adding the chopped parsley or cilantro.
Grease bottoms of miniature muffin cups, and fill each cup 2/3 full of batter. Bake according to package directions until light golden brown, then remove from muffin cups to cool.
Cut each muffin in half and make tiny sandwiches with the turkey and cranberry sauce.
