1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

black pepper
directions
Place onions, olive oil and vinegar in pan on medium heat. Stir to coat onions well.
Cover and cook about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are thoroughly cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
