Scallop Bubbly Bake

Bubbly Scallop and Lobster Bake - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 pound scallops
1 can (8 ounce size) lobster
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 medium green pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 can (10 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup buttered bread crumbs

directions

Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Pick through lobster.

Saute vegetables until onion is soft.

Place in greased casserole.

Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
