ingredients
1 onion, chopped
12 ounces andouille sausage, halved lengthwise and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
1 pound small red potatoes
1 dozen littleneck clams, scrubbed
1 pound large shrimp
1 1/2 pound lobster
1 lemon, cut into wedges
directions
In saucepot, cook onions and sausage in oil 3 min. Add wine, 1 cup water and bay leaf. Layer potatoes, sausage, clams, shrimp and lobster. Cover, increase heat and cook 10 minutes or until steaming.
Reduce heat, cook 25 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaf. Serve with lemon wedges.
