Creamy Slow Cooker Tacos

ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 pint whipping cream
1 can chili beans
1 large box process cheese product
1 bag corn chips

directions

Brown ground beef and drain. Put this in Crockpot. Add whipping cream, chili beans, and stir. Cut cheese in chunks and place in Crockpot.

Stir all of this and cook on low for 1-2 hours. Serve over corn chips.

NOTE: Can also top with sour cream, black olives, onion, lettuce, and salsa.
