Tuna-Stuffed Baked Potato

ingredients
4 baking potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise, usually less
2 cans (7 ounce size) tuna, drained
1 cup sharp cheese
OPTIONAL TOPPING
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
directions
Bake and scoop insides from potatoes, mix with ingredients and put into shells. Heat 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
For Topping: Fold mayo and cheese into egg white, dab on potato. Heat 10 additional minutes.
