  1. JaneyCat REVIEW:

We enjoyed these potatoes a lot! I did use one small white onion rather than onion powder.

Just curious did you guys use the cubed hash browns or shredded

    • You can use either. I prefer the shredded but the cubed would work just fine.

  3. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

I, too had to guess at size package of hash browns and also how much onion powder.

  4. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

Like everyone else I had to guess on what size hashbrowns and what size cake pan. It turned out pretty good but I think I needed a bigger package of hashbrowns (mine was 16 ounces so I think 24 ounces would be better).

    how many servings is this?

  6. Buffalo, NY REVIEW:

I have made this recipe several times now, and each time there are no leftovers! Everyone loves it. It is a comfort food staple for where I live! I am making it once again this week for a family party. I love how we can adjust the number of people to update the ingredients. It is very helpful. The size bag of hash browns would have been helpful also. Great recipe!

    Also, what size cake pan?

Looks easy enough - but what size is the "package" of hash browns ??
