2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
directions
Combine thawed hash browns with 1/2 cup margarine, onion, soup, sour cream and grated cheese. Place in buttered oblong glass casserole dish. Mix crushed cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted margarine and put on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
