ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced
2 medium green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1/4 medium onion, sliced
3 tablespoons pickling cucumbers, chopped
3 tablespoons cabbage, chopped
1 bunch spring onions, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper
directions
Fry onion with oil for 1 minute. Add potatoes and fry until golden, then add all the other ingredients except spring onion.
When done, sprinkle spring onion on top and serve.
