ingredients
1 bottle (750 milliliter size) champagne, chilled
2 cups ginger ale, chilled
1/3 cup apricot brandy
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or raspberries
4 slices orange
3 slices lemon
1 slice cucumber, cut 1" thick
OR
3 slices lime
ice cubes or ice ring
sugar cubes
directions
In a punch bowl, combine champagne, ginger ale, brandy, strawberries, or raspberries, orange slices, lemon slices, and cucumber slice or lime slices. Add ice cubes or an ice ring.
To serve, drop one sugar cube into each champagne glass. Stir punch; ladle into glasses.
