2 pounds sliced beef liver 3 medium onions, sliced seasoned salt, to taste black pepper, to taste garlic powder, to taste 2 tablespoons butter
Saute onions in butter and set aside.
Sprinkle seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic powder on liver and place it on a broiler pan and broil until just done, should be light pink inside. It will take approximately 4-5 minutes per side. (The time will depend on the thickness of the liver. Be sure not to overcook as liver drys out quickly)
As soon as you remove liver from the oven, pile cooked onions on top. Serve immediately.
