ingredients
2 medium head cabbage
2 large onions (chopped)
1 large bell pepper (chopped)
garlic powder
red or black pepper
salt
3 packages pigs' tails
directions
Wash pigtails and place in a heavy pot filled with enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
When tender, drain some of the water and add cabbage, and all other ingredients.
When cabbage is tender to your desire, it's done.

Made this dish for a family reunion, brought back a clean serving dish. I used fresh minced garlic - that's just a personal preference though.
