ingredients
2 1/2 pounds alligator meat, cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons, peeled and separated
1/4 cup Creole seasoning
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
directions
Mix all of the ingredients except the meat together in a large stainless steel bowl. Add the meat and stir well to coat every piece. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat your grill over medium heat. Remove the meat from the marinade, but save marinade. Place meat on the grill. Cook until meat turns white, basting with the marinade.
Serve and enjoy.
