1 box (3 ounce size) berry blue gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup strawberry schnapps, chilled
directions
Combine the blue gelatin powder and boiling water in a heat-proof bowl. Mix until the gelatin dissolves.
Add the cold water and strawberry schnapps and mix well.
Divide the berry jello mixture between small shot cups or paper cups (or pour into a greased baking dish). Refrigerate the jello shooters until firm, about 4 hours.
If using the baking dish, cut the jello shots into small squares.
