This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.

You might not think a vodka shot with sour mix and pineapple juice would taste like an orange tic tac, but it's weirdly on target. Knock one back and you'll see straight away. Knock two back and you may be seeing double.
2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce sour mix
1 splash pineapple juice
ice
Combine the vodka, sour mix, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well to chill.
Strain into shot glasses and serve immediately.
Chill the shot glasses in the freezer before serving for an extra cold shot.
Try different brands of vodka. Top shelf vodka will yield the smoothest drink.
For a fun presentation, serve in unique or colorful shot glasses.
Always drink responsibly and in moderation.
Any standard or high-quality vodka will work well. Flavored vodka can be used for a different flavor.
Not really, but you can make a homemade sour mix using equal parts lemon juice and simple syrup.
The pineapple juice adds the unique flavor twist that makes it taste like a tic tac, but you can experiment with orange juice for a different flavor.
You can combine the ingredients in a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for a few hours instead of using a shaker to mix the drink. When ready to serve just pour into shot glasses.
Replace the vodka with sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version.
Shake for about 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Serve immediately after shaking in chilled shot glasses.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

I couldn't figure out how sour mix would taste like orange tic tacs but it did with the pineapple for some reason. Pretty good and potent.
