Cottage Cheese Dill Dip

This cottage cheese dill dip is the perfect combination of creamy and tangy, with a hint of dill. It's perfect for dipping veggies or crackers. The best part is that it's so easy to make, and you can feel good about eating it.

ingredients
2 cups low fat large curd cottage cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl. Cover the bowl and chill for 20 minutes before serving. Serve with veggie dippers or buttery crackers.
