Homemade Egg Noodles Recipe

Serves/Makes: .5 lb.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 egg yolk
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
With flour in bowl, make a well and add all ingredients except water. Mix thoroughly with hands, adding water a bit at a time.
Turn dough onto a well-floured, cloth covered bread board and knead until smooth.
Let rest about 10 minutes, then roll out paper-thin. Cut into strips about 1/8 and 1/4 inch wide. Let dry about 2 hours.
