Baker`s Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:
2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt
3 cups whole milk
Directions:
Melt chocolate in the water over low heat stirring until mixture is well blended and smooth. Add sugar and salt and boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually stir in the milk then heat thoroughly. Just before serving, beat with a whisk or an electric beater until frothy.
