Tomato Basil Crostini

32 slices French bread, 1/4" thick
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
3 roma tomatoes, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oven to 425F.
Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush 2 T. of the oil on bread. Bake 4-5 minutes or until light golden brown. Mix tomatoes, remaining 2 T. oil, garlic, cheese, basil and salt. Place about 1 T. tomato mixture on each warm bread slice.
