We used maple syrup (instead of honey, but either will work great!) and the combination of flavors is unexpected but fantastic. This is a great bruschetta and would be perfect as an appetizer or served alongside a meal. It's also SO easy to prepare and is ready in under 15 minutes using a few simple ingredients.
