24 slices baguette cut 1/4-inch thick on the diagonal
extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, cut in half
8 ounces soft goat cheese
truffle oil
freshly ground black pepper
fresh thyme leaves
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Rub the toasted baguette slices with the cut-sides of the garlic clove. Let the bread cool completely.
