ingredients
1 package (9 ounce size) creamed spinach
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package (4 ounce size) crumbled feta cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 baguette (8 ounce size), cut diagonally into thin slices
directions
Thaw creamed spinach in microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir together mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients. Then stir in creamed spinach.
Spread creamed spinach mixture evenly on baguette slices, and place slices on baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
