Banana-Pineapple Shake

ingredients
1 medium banana, frozen, peeled & sliced
8 ounces nonfat yogurt, plain
8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1 cup ice chips
directions
In a blender combine all of the ingredients except the ice chips, and blend until smooth. With the blender still running, slowly add the ice until slushy. Pour into serving glasses and garnish as desired.
