Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup canned or fresh pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
