ingredients
14 vanilla caramels
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons water
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup peanuts (optional)
directions
In a 4 cup glass measure or bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Heat uncovered at HIGH for 2 minutes until all is melted, stirring once to blend.
Add noodles, stirring gently until evenly coated. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm.
