ingredients
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 lemons, juice and grated rind of
1 cup matzoh meal
2 cups flaked coconut (fresh or Passover)
directions
Beat eggs well, adding sugar gradually. Add remaining ingredients.
Drop by tablespoon on a cookie sheet, greased and sprinkled with meal. Bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 30 minutes, increasing heat at the end to brown macaroons.
