Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz. size) one-step Angel Food cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flaked coconut

Directions:

In mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water and extract on low speed for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl, beat on medium for one minute. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 mintues or until set.
