Sauteed Arugula And Beans Over Orecchiette

ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound arugula, washed and stems trimmed
1 can (15.5 ounce size) cannellini beans, undrained
1 cup canned chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon table salt
8 ounces uncooked orecchiette pasta, cooked and kept hot
directions
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until golden, about 1 minute.
Add arugula and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Add beans, broth and salt.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Add pasta, then stir to coat.
Serve.
