Baked Reuben Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, halved
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces can sauerkraut, drained
4 slices swiss cheese
1 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Directions:
Place chicken in greased pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing over cheese. Cover with foil and bake 325 deg. for 1 hour.
