Baked Reuben Chicken

ingredients
4 chicken breasts, halved
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (16 ounce size) sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
directions
Place chicken in greased pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing over cheese. Cover with foil and bake 325 degrees F for 1 hour.

I substituted pork cutlets for the chicken, and it was one of the best dishes I have ever cooked! So easy and delicious. It must be great with chicken, too.
