What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!

Cocoa Puffs or Lucky Charms won't have quite the desired effect here! A coating of Corn Flakes, though, provides an excellent crunch factor in this baked chicken recipe.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 cups corn flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
4 egg whites, beaten
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a baking dish or skillet large enough to hold the chicken.
In a bowl, mix together the corn flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place the egg whites in a shallow bowl.
Coat the chicken with the egg white letting any excess drip off. Dredge the chicken in the corn flake mixture, patting the corn flakes so they stick to the chicken.
Place the coated chicken in the greased dish. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This recipe has so many open options for different flavors. I've got a few ideas I plan to try.

This recipe was pretty easy to make and didn't take very long (I halved the chicken breasts so that it would bake faster). Fairly tasty and interesting texture. You really only need a vegetable on the side. My husband gives it 2 thumbs up.
