It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

The easiest way to cook chicken and get amazing, tender results. All you need is some chicken and about 20 minutes time! Add any additional seasonings as desired.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
If the chicken is an uneven thickness, pound it gently with a meat mallet to even it out. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Heat the cooking oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat for about 2 minutes.
Carefully place the chicken in the pan, evenly spaced. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Place the browned chicken in a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Test for doneness by piercing the meat with a fork (juices should run clear) or by using a meat thermometer.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.

Tried this for dinner yesterday. Really good! and so, so easy! Added some poultry seasoning and garlic powder for additional flavor. Will be making this again, for sure.

My daughter is moving out on her own this fall and I printed this recipe out for her along with some other basic ones so she has them. This is a good recipe for anyone - it's simple to follow and the chicken is good. Only thing I do different is to season the chicken about 30 minutes before cooking but otherwise the cooking time is pretty foolproof.

I was actually a little embarrased that I had to look up how to just cook some simple chicken in the oven. Glad to see I'm not alone in not knowing exactly how to do it. I can cook all kinds of other things but I just wanted some oven-baked chicken! Thank you for such a simple and honest recipe. This site is a wonderful resource!

I googled "how do I cook chicken" as this was my first time cooking out on my own. I'd cooked chicken on a grill before, but never in a kitchen. I figured I was either going to starve or burn the place down. Thank you for this honestly easy recipe that even this bachelor could handle.

I was able to use this recipe and modify it to my needs (seasonings and added onions while baking). I am not a talented cook and this recipe helped make it simple for me to make a chicken dinner quickly.

I tried this instead of grilling chicken and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was. I put cajun spices and Lowry seasoning on instead of salt and pepper! I couldn't believe how well it turned out. I even used the left-overs to make a chicken pot pie.

Quick, easy and delicious! Instead of salt and pepper I used Cavender's Greek Seasoning. My husband said it was an A+. I will definately make it again.

this is a great recipe to experient with. I ommited salt, with lemon salt. I also make a thick cream of mushroom soup for a sauce, with peas in the sauce. On top of a bed of angel hair pasta. Oh, 3/4 of the way through baking, I topped the chicken with mushrooms and munster cheese. after baking I put sauce on the bed of angel hair then topped with the chicken, then a drizzle of sauce over the chicken. It was very very good.
