ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the chicken in a baking dish.
Combine the garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, paprika, and oil in a bowl. Mix well then pour over the chicken.
Place the chicken in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until cooked through. Baste the chicken occasionally with the pan juices.

Delicious chicken, a good at-home version of the fantastic take-out. I liked this recipe because I always have chicken breasts on hand. Mine were done after about 50 minutes, so check early.
