This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

If you want all the benefits of a marinade without worrying about preparing something complicated, a bottle of Italian dressing is your best friend for a tender and flavorful pork roast.

4 pounds Boston pork roast or bone-in pork roast
Marinade
1 large bottle zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix, reserve half the package as a rub
3 tablespoons Greek seasoning
3 tablespoons lemon pepper
3 tablespoons salt
Marinate roast in a resealable bag overnight. Pull meat from marinade and sprinkle with dressing mix.
Place in a roasting pan and bake at 300 degrees F for 4-5 hours. Pour marinade over top and continuously baste during baking.
When done, either pull meat from bone or slice.
