Slow Cooker Orange Country-Style Ribs

ingredients
2 pounds pork country-style ribs, fat trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (6 oz size) tomato paste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Place the ribs in the bottom of the crock pot. Cut the ribs as needed to fit.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and whisk together until blended.
Pour the sauce over the ribs in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5 hours or until the ribs are tender. Baste the ribs as needed with the sauce if they start to look dry.
