Tender crockpot ribs with a sweet and savory sauce. Maple syrup and steak sauce cooked with the ribs lends the meat a fantastic flavor and gives you a dipping sauce to boot.
1 1/2 pound country-style boneless pork ribs
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons A-1 steak sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place the pork ribs in the bottom of the crock pot.
Combine the syrup, steak sauce, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well. Pour the sauce evenly over the ribs.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 7-9 hour or until the ribs are very tender.
Remove the ribs from the crock pot and serve hot with the sauce.

The ribs are very tender. I removed them from the sauce and put the sauce on the stove in a pan and cooked it down a bit until almost syrupy and served it as extra sauce on the side.

Great flavor. We still dipped the ribs in BBQ sauce, but the meat had a very good taste. My family loved it.
