2 pounds fresh sauerkraut, rinsed
4 pounds country-style pork ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/3 cup water
Place the sauerkraut in the bottom of the crock pot. Top with the ribs, cutting them to fit as needed.
Combine the barbecue sauce and water in a small bowl, mixing well to blend. Pour the sauce over the ribs.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
Remove the ribs from the crock pot and cut into serving portions. Serve with the sauerkraut and additional barbecue sauce if desired.

Hi, can someone please tell me how long would I have to cook 1.55 lb of boneless pork loin ribs in my slow cooker? Thank you!
Assuming you're also using a smaller slow cooker then you won't need to really reduce the cooking time too much. I'd try 6 hours on low (but it will also depend on how your crock pot cooks)
