Macaroni Mince

30-60 minutes
ingredients
1 pound minced beef
1 large onion
8 ounces macaroni
1 can condensed tomato soup
grated Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes
directions
Boil the macaroni until soft. Brown the minced beef, onion and garlic.
Grease a large casserole dish and put in a layer of macaroni then a layer of minced beef and repeat until 1/2 inch from top of casserole dish.
Pour the can of soup evenly over the layers. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the soup. Slice the tomatoes and lay on top of cheese.
Cover and cook in oven (gas mark 5) for 45 minutes.
