1 pound almond paste
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup egg whites
directions
Break up the almond paste and sugars in a mixer. Mix until fine. Gradually add the egg whites. Mix until a smooth paste forms.
Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Place the mixture into a pastry bag with a round tip. Pipe out even balls. Press the tips down with a moist towel.
Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes
