ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
directions
Beat together the egg, milk and butter. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the Oreos. Fold in the Oreos; batter will be lumpy.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
