These easy to make muffins have three kinds of chocolate in them!

1 package (18.25 ounce size) chocolate fudge cake mix
1 box (3.4 ounce size) dry instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, frozen
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin.
Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs, oil, and extract in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir the chocolate chips in by hand.
Fill the muffin cups 3/4ths full with the batter. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until they test done with a toothpick.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Store the muffins in an airtight container.
