Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
2 1/4 cups snipped chives
OR
2 1/4 cups snipped dill weed
OR
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
OR
1 clove garlic, cut into fourths
OR
1/3 cup snipped mint

Directions:

Shake 1 cup white vinegar and one of the herbs in tightly covered jar.

Refrigerate at least 4 days. Strain before serving.

Use in salad dressings and marinades.
