ingredients
12 strips orange rind (4-inch size)
3 medium thin-skinned oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 cups white wine vinegar
directions
Combine orange rind strips and orange sections in a sterilized, decorative jar, and set aside.
Place vinegar in a medium non-aluminum saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour vinegar over rind and orange sections in jar; cover with lid. Let stand 10 days.
Seal jars with a cork or other, airtight lid.
