2 teaspoons olive oil
4 cups cauliflower florets
salt and pepper, to taste
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil. When hot, add the cauliflower. Stir to coat the cauliflower in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
Serve warm.
