A delicious and healthy three-ingredient side dish. Can't beat that!
1 head cauliflower, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place in a baking dish. Drizzle the cauliflower evenly with the olive oil then sprinkle with the salt. Stir gently to coat the cauliflower in the oil.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
