2 3/4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1 pound cauliflower, cut into small florets, rinsed
2 3/4 tablespoons oil

Combine flour, cheese, herbs in a bowl. Stir in rinsed cauliflower.
Heat oil and butter in a heavy nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower in batches and cook 5 minutes, or until just tender. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
