1 1/2 pound lean ground lamb
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried mint flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
non-stick cooking spray
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large bowl, and stir well. Shape mixture into 1-1/2-inch meatballs.
Place meatballs on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until meatballs are done.
