Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

Pork cubes are seasoned with taco seasoning and then skewered with bell pepper and onion.

4 boneless pork chops, cut in 1-inch cubes
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1/2 green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
1/2 large onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Season the pork evenly with the taco seasoning.
Alternating pieces, thread pork, green bell pepper, and onion on skewers. If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes before using.
Place the filled skewers on the hot grill. Turn occasionally until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

This easy pork kabob recipe just requires seasoning, assembly, and grilling - and your dinner is ready! I used a homemade taco seasoning blend, and other spice blends would work great too.
