Apricot Pecan Chicken

ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut-up
Sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup chopped pecans
fresh black pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all sauce ingredients, set aside.
Place chicken breasts on a roasting pan. Baste with apricot mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Keep basting every 10 minutes.
For the last 5 minutes of cooking, turn the oven to broil. Lightly brown the chicken just before serving.
