Korean Flank Steak

ingredients
1 pound flank steak, tenderized by butchers
flour
green onions
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin (Japanese rice wine)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried ginger powder
directions
Make marinade by mixing all ingredients together. Marinate flank steak in marinade for several hours.
Remove flank steak from marinade, and dredge in flour.
Beat eggs together with chopped green onions.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Coat steak with egg mixture and fry in skillet about 15 minutes per side until lightly browned. Slice across grain in 1/2" slices.
